At present Dr. Sahu is the Advisor of TWARAN
After serving for more than 36 years in various capacities, superannuated as ED (H&A) from National Aluminium Company (NALCO), the only Navaratna PSU in Aluminium industry in the country. Headed the HR and Administration functions of the Company covering the entire gamut of functionalities like HRD, Administration, Hospitality, Corporate Communication, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Relations, Training, CSR, Implementation of ERP, RTI, Presidential Directives on Reservation of SC/ST/OBC and Recruitments etc.
He is passionate about comprehending client requirements and then churning out programs which are focused on Experiential Learning and Lasting Impact. He has attended world class training programs and invested for self in various training certifications
